I am just telling you that an automated email is sent whenever there is a billing problem with a credit/debit card. It is automated and it does go out.I am happy to look into why an email is not delivered. As we run our own email servers it is quite easy for me to get the reasons why any email is not delivered.We just need to know the account login ID.
I have seen AOL lose many, many emails. Comcast too. All we can do is make sure the remote server gets the email. After that, we have no control over it.
