As the 1st update stated when the pilot is killed the aircraft starts spinning and falling to the ground.
Pilot kills of aircraft now sends the dead plane into a death spiral.
Today I shot the pilot of a Ju-88, the things started falling down and spinning. It acceded the speed of 440mph (that was as fast as I could follow it) without braking and was spinning/rolling faster than any WWII fighter would be capable off.
It disintegrated (exploded) only when it hit the ground.
