The Andrews Sisters are really great.

Anyone that disagrees can convince me otherwise by proving THEIR prowess at 3-part harmony by posting it on you-tube.

In-fact, I'd be hard pressed to even entertain the opinion of anyone that can't pick out which part is sung by whom..   (by ear)

Just happened to catch "Buck Privates" with Abbot & Costello and the Andrews sisters last week.  Kinda wild to see what the attitude was back then, right before the war broke out.

My 89 y/o Grandfather lives with my wife and I.  He was on the USS Monongahela for 4 years.   :old:

i sometimes wish i grew up in the 20's-50's. it seems like even though that period of time was a very tough one, the quality of life was better than now. now, everyone is too lazy to do stuff because of technology and everything now days has to be politically correct.
