I answered the call this morning and went to the SEA to help cause a crash to the system if we could. There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to what to do and when. Has HTC ever thought of adding a feature that would mute all players on each side and allow an event administrator to communicate via voice to all players with instructions as to which side to switch to and general rules to be followed etc.? This seems to me would be a valuable tool in setting up scenarios in the future.
