It will be strange having US naval units and not one Axis attack/bomber aircraft that actually was encountered in the pacific...

Non US..

Ya kidding me

When AH was released, how many US planes did we have, and how many NON US?

After the 1st 3 months how many US planes and variants, and how many Non US and variants?

You guys have very short memories, how many 109 variants do you want?

I wouldnt mind seeing a P51B or the RAF P51II

Dog out.......

Wardog,
You are right, I shouldn't have said non-US.  My bad    I'll be more specific.  Right now, here is where we'll be when v1.05 comes out:

Planes/Variants
USA: 11
Germany: 7
UK: 4
Italian: 2
Japanese: 2
Soviet: 2

To make things even with USA, HTC needs to make 9 more aircraft for Italy, Japan, and Soviet Union each, 7 more for RAF, and 4 more for Luftwaffe.  Oh, and maybe one for Finland too - F2A

Not a knock against HTC, just a heads up is all.

Wow, that would be 60+ aircraft, more than WB, and a better mix too.

How close was the Hurricane IID to the C? Was it basically a C airframe with fixed 40mm gondolas and 2 .303s in the wings?

There will always be more US planes - simply because there were many different types, they flew in every theatre, and flew in many different air forces.

However I think the really big omission at the moment is in bomber/attack aircraft. Only LW and RAF have bombers.

IMO the Il-2 should be the No.1 priority aircraft. It was made in larger numbers than any aircraft, ever afaik. It was arguably the most important aircraft of WW2 for the Soviet Union(and thus the Allied forces).

SKurj; Compared to the B-26B the Ju-88A-4 has a slightly higher top speed(if it does not carry external bombs), a higher ceiling and bigger bombload. It is also more manouverable and has dive brakes.

However the B-26B is superior in climbrate, cruising speed(not that you need to cruise in AH) and armament.

Mmmm, a "destroyer" Ju-88C would be sweet...

Higher top speed? wow.. to me B-26 seems like a sprinter compared to Ju-88..
