To give the guys like me (folks who don't care about the pose) better odds of tagging it, by eliminating guys like you (folks concerned with the pose she is in) from the equation.   :aok

Well, it is a matter of taste.   Some guys go for the skanky look.

I'm not saying that she is not a beautiful woman.   Only that she is in a rather vulgar pose.   And that, in my opinion, really ruins the image.
