Had the doors off the Jeep for about a week now (rain days included)

Don't think they are going to go back on until October unless SWMBO demands it.     :noid

It's always sunny in PhilthyDelphia  :aok

Most years, March is the year we get our biggest blizzards here in CNY. This year, I've already got the snowtires off the car and taken the Mustang out cruisin'. Last real snowfall was almost a month ago.

And you know what- I AINT COMPLAINING! Bring on summer!!

whelp///////

thing is, this time last year, i was still running the heater in my shop. the year before, i was finishing a couple of jobs on my old boss's tow trucks.....outside in relative comfort. the year before that, at his shop, we were still running the heater in his shop.

when we get our winter storms in this area, they generally come in the end of January, and beginning of February. march, is always unpredictable.

it's really just the seasons, and they do cycle within their time frames too. sometimes spring seems to come late, other times it seems to come early. this is what starts certain other debates.........

Remember a few years back when it was completely nice the last 2 weeks of March, everyone was ready for an early spring and it SNOWED LIKE HELL on April 1st?     :rofl

Talk about April fools.....  :noid

I'm hoping we get a real summer up here this year. Haven't had a good hot and dry one in about a decade, they've all been cool and rainy.

Ehhh I remember a couple scorchers around 2003.

Wow, it's in the 60s right now here, and a lot of people are still wearing jeans and jackets.

Yea, DC folk can't seem to handle much below 75.  Of course today we're only a couple degrees shy of it downtown.  :aok

When the resort opened up last may15th it snowed during the night and had 2 inches the next morning, I've never seen it do that sense the 7 years ive been there, RV'ers and tent campers were flocking into the cafe and Store just to get warm, later that day it was in the mid 70's and people were enjoying the camping and warm weather just keep coming, Central Oregons High desert will fool ya everytime.
