When I am checking how much fuel and range I have left, what is the "Burn Multiplier"?   :airplane:

Burn multiplier is how fast you burn fuel relative to Normal. 1.0 is normal and is typical for FSO. In the main arena its set at 2.0. Seems a good trade off so that we have something to worry about besides how fast we run out of ammo and don't have to spend as much time flying between bases.

In WW2 you didn't have nonstop furballs for days on end with nonstop reinforcements and fresh "lives" all sitting about 5 minutes away from your frontline fields....

So we get a fuel burn multiplier. This is fixed at 2.0 in the main arenas.
