FSX works fine on my machine running Windows 7 Home Premium OEM.

But I have to have 32 bit Windows to run FSX right?

I only have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM, it didn't come with 32-bit so I don't think you need 32-bit.

No you should be able to run it with a 64 bit OS fine, I do.
