Here is my pingplotter

Been getting disco'd on a regular basis for about two weeks now.  It's never been a problem before.

You need to run that Ping Plot to 206.16.60.38, but it is pretty clear that the problems start in your ISP's network.  They usually will not get much better in Level3's network either.

Got to Uverse Tier 2 support and they're sending a tech out to the house tomorrow morning.
