Had no idea something could suck so bad... Not only can I not eat any good food, I barf half of it up due to bleeding and thick saliva! My right cheeck is about the size of a balloon, with the left one not far behind, I look like a chipmunk  :rofl  I may be absent from AH longer than I thought I would  :cry.  Until then, I'll be on the forums every now and then.  :salute

Its attached to your brain, so you may feel stupid for a few days too.
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

My surgeon explained to me how they get back there to the teeth. He said you put these little black blocks a inch in size in the very back of your mouth on each side then they close your mouth which makes your jaw dis locate and pop down allowing them to have more room to work.

Awesome right?  good thing I was not awake.

Man, sure sounds like you had a lousy oral surgeon.

How many did you have taken out?   It is best to not have all 4 done at once.   I didn't.   Two at a time was enough for me.

I felt fine the next day each time.

I got all 4 out, partially because my dad had 1 taken out at a time in the navy and he didn't want that to happen to me.

Ah, no wonder you suffered so much then.

I still feel that doing 2 at a time is the best compromise between discomfort and efficiency.   1 at a time would make way too many visits.

I do admit to being somewhat of a wimp, though.   I don't like pain.

I had an issue with my right one a couple of weeks ago dentist took an xray and it looks like it is growing at a 45 degree angle into the next tooth  :uhoh

gave me some meds and said he couldn't do anything with it, luckily they worked and reduced the swelling so it doesnt hurt anymore.    :pray

All 4 of mine are turned like that. I gotta get all 4 of em removed this summer    :(
