Cant get online

When i click online arenas it freezes for about 15 sec then the clipboard flashes. try clicking online arenas again and the clipboard will just flash.

Everytime i go into an arena, it wont let my change fields or go inton the hamger. then after about 30sec. it says host conection lost.
