HELP! Need to program new CH USB controllers.

Don't bother programming the deadband or sensativity in CM, you can do that in AH instead.

Actually, if you now how program your stick using Control Manager, it's far better than just using the AH keymapper as you can do far more stuff in Control Manager like turning the mini-stick on the Pro Throttle as a 8 way hatswitch or an extra throttle.  The limits are almost endless if you use scripting.

Actually Ack-Ack is the authority on CH gear in here!  He was a CH Products Techie when we were all back in AirWarrior and nobody can steer you in the right direction about CH gear better than he can.  I'm just lazy and can get everything I need with my CH Fighterstick/throttle/pedals, using mapping in AH.  I must state for the record that with the CH software, you can literally make it do just about everything other than wiping your buttocks.  I'm suprised that we don't have a CH Gear Forum in here that could be moderated by him, if he wished.

Doc's right you can make it do about anything. I push one button drops 2 bombs and then cycles to rockets and shoots 2 of them. It does this way faster than you could hit the buttons. Also there is a hold and release hold button down brings up damage release and its gone. There is also a list mode that you can put up too 32 commands  like your short, medium,full and ground clutter it also has the hold and release. The skis the limit with CHCM if you can think of it you can make it do it. And don't be afraid to go to the CH Hanger and ask. It may seem worse than speedkeys till you learn it. To me speedkeys was a nightmare hit one two many buttons and have to start all over again. I still find myself always saving after each command one I do.
 I use AH to fine tune my stick and peddles.
