Jeep wont start

Since 2.18 Patch 0 release I can't get my jeep to start. All other gv's work fine. I hit "E" and nothing happens.

The same thing seems to be happening to me as well. Just wait a couple seconds you won't hear it start but just wait about 5 seconds.
