FSO Bug
« on: April 10, 2010, 04:34:53 PM »
Quote
22:57:22 Destroyed a field gun at base #112
23:00:49 Arrived Safely at Field #33

I got shot down near the enemy fleet, crashed into the sea in fact. My in game buffer said "You landed successfully". Yet if you think about where 112 and 33 are there's no way I could've done it in 3 minutes :)

I'm thinking a few others are in the same boat.

I've got some pilots with Logs that end abruptly. One of my pilots only shows that he took off from A79. But after searching the page, I can see on the Axis Logs that he was shot down. Just doesn't show on the Allied Logs that he was shot down or crashed.

 :headscratch:

There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Humm.
I can run the logs again late tonight. See if that makes a difference.

Thing is when I died I got a you landed successfully message after plowing into the sea. I think this may be a game bug.

I should have been listed as shot down by a P-51, but the log says I "disappeared".  Just sayin'.

You went swimming too Vulcan? I caught a wingtip and ended my night early. I gotta check to see if my shadow is working.
