Combat Challenge IIRC is an event run on FSO's off night and has lowered friendly icons and no enemy icons. They have stated that some of the new icon controls may be used in future FSOs on a limited basis such as no icons below 500FT AGL. That will be event spacific and in the write up for the ones effected.
