New version?

Pyro let slip that Patch 8 is the last before a new version of AH2, and that the new version is close to release.
Soooo... what's the new version got?

"There's a new patch available that fixes a film viewer compatibility problem that was keeping it from running.  This should hopefully do it for the patches until the next version which is not very far away. "

Well, if they feel there is a reason for a new version so soon there must obviously be something wrong with the version we have now.

What are they not telling us?  Am I safe playing the current version?  Toyota all over again?

I think the "New Version" pyro refers to is like a major release.   Where HiTech Creations spends all it's time developing and testing the major release and then spends all it's time pushing out fixes to the last major release in the form of patches, until they have their  next major release ready to go.  or at least that's how it appears to work.....
