Apparently the poor woman :angel: has no clue why BP is called BiPolar :devil. In time she will learn that if she does not match his outfits just right, and starch his undies that he will lash out :furious and become the BP we love to hate :rolleyes:. Good for you.

Some words of advise. share them with her if you would because they are actually heartfelt.

Your relationship comes first. Before anything else, including the kids. When you place the kids first all the time. You tend to forget one another. And thats when you start to grow apart. Set one night aside a week for just the two of you.

Never use sex as a weapon. This is a bad habit to get into and eventually becomes all too easily abused.

Never resort to emotional blackmail to resolve your differences "Well, maybe you/I should just leave then"
If you beat a dog long enough. Either eventually its gonna bite you. or your just going to end with a beaten dog.
Either way. over the long term it may not achieve the results you wanted

My grandfather used to have a saying "when poverty walks through the door. Love flies out the window"
Truer words were never spoken. But. When times are tight. If you can both remember that no matter what. You still have each other.
Then you will realize that you have more going for you then alot of other people who have alot more.

Well you don't deserve her, but perhaps if you treat her well she might stick around.  :)

Seriously, Best of luck Bipolar!

The thing is if you learn to consider her happiness before your own, you can avoid most of the pitfalls out there.

Don't hold a grudge, no matter what. Remember, she believes she is in the right also.
Never stay angry, go to bed angry, let her go to work angry etc. If you truly love her it just eats both of you all the time your apart. And its just that much harder to resolve later.

When in doubt, even though you "know" your in the right and have nothing to apologize for. Say your sorry, and say it first, and mean it.  Just accept that to keep that wonderful woman in your life your going to have to do it sometimes.

Besides, making up after a big fight can be one of the very best parts.  :)
Saying your sorry stops the pain and starts the healing.

I also have to agree with DREDIOCK's post. He nailed a lot of it.
