I would say its a SR-71
"Blackbird"

although it could be the one built just before the blackbird...
Its kind of too far away to be sure..

OK close enough.  
It's the Lockheed A-12 photo-recon plane which was built for and operated by the CIA.  The designs of the USAF's YF-12 and SR-71 were based on this project, which was black until a few years ago.

OK I'm almost out of Groom Lake planes.    

I'll try one more (think I used it before a long time ago).  For bonus points tell me the code name of the plane and the unit which operated it.
