It's a N1KI !! before the skin is applied that's why it is white...this is how nikis really look like underneath !!

I would ahve guess it was a prototype of the F-117..a scaled down model perhaps??

That is Lockheed's Have Blue project that tested the "Hopeless Diamond" body shape concept on a flyable airframe.  It was used extensively to validate radar evading stealth technology and also competed against a Northrop design for a contract that eventually led to F-117 production.  Cool shot Funked!

Yes it's Have Blue, one of the two prototypes for F-117.  I think the picture was taken in 1977.  

Staga got it right within 3 minutes but he changed his answer to have some fun.
