I just did. 50 out of 72 rooks are "inflight". About the same quota as Bish & Knights. What else are they supposed to do?

Raptor, I think it all depends on the time you log on and what arena you happen to be in. Every country does have their idle moments. Granted that after awhile the Rooks lose momentum. I don't think the game itself sucks.
