No flap, still affecting air flow

It's been years now. Are you guy's going to fix the bug where if you have flaps extended and one of them gets shot off. it still affects the air flow as it were still deployed. This is getting very annoying.

Dude, seriously...the search feature all that hard to use?  I mean, there is a thread no more than 3 down from this one about the same thing.
