13 years of flying commercial jets without a licsence and he got away with it. Not a single crash or question.

As far as training hours he has had better than any other pilot in any airline in the world. So give him his licsence and keep a good pilot on staff.

The guy probably has a wealth of systems, mechanical, and human factors knowledge. After all, he wasn't exposed to general-public training.

Better for flying than the Ucranian crew that was busted the other day.
Papers, - fine.
Promilles....not fine, - ranging from 3 to 3.5 for the entire crew  :devil
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

I say give him a licence if that is the case  :D

Fake Swedish air pilot flies passenger jets for THIRTEEN YEARS without a licence... and is fined just £1,700
Quote
Last month he was fined £1,700 and was banned from flying for 12 months by a Dutch court - which noted that in the entire 13 years, he had never caused an accident
