Did you happen to be in an M8 shooting at a Tiger?

Maybe ask for help. Maybe practice a bit.  You obviously still fly the planes; did you start out always shooting down the opponent with your first volley?  Did you never get shot down?  Instead of whining and saying GV's are broken, if you have any interest in them at all, learn them instead of crying about your own suckage.  Otherwise, just quietly remain in your airplane.

This is a better way to GV.  :D

It is a quite a bit hit and miss lately...I ask though  is it a problem when it happens the other way ??   The new will be here soon. I'm sure there have been some fixes as work seems to have been on GV's this time too... patience

I suck in GV's but even I can kill with a single shot. It all has to do with the angles. So many people jump into GVs and think its just point and shoot. Sure if you find a good place to camp and you start hitting those one shot kills you have a good angle and are as happy as a pig in...well you know what  :P But the rest of the time it's a bit more difficult. Practice,Practice,Practice, and you'll get there.

Here is some logic i use, if it ricochets i might want to aim at a different point of the tank or change my angle to the enemy instead of lobbing 14 more shots off the same place.

Alot of it depends on the postion of your Hull in respect to the other persons firing position, learning to use the Tanks Armor's angles helps alot and of course finding a Hull down postion wouldnt hurt either, but with the terrians we have there's not alot of hull down spots in the terrian.  Hull Down is when you can place your tank behind like small berms, ditch's and other objects, to help protect your tank better like they did during battles in the war, but what alot of people have already said once you learn each tank, you'll know where to hit and where not to, it can be fun to GV
