Bursts over 5 seconds should be extremely risky to the gun.  Several such in a short time should disable it.

A solid burst beyond about 300 yards should be vanishingly unlikely.  In fact it should really be beyond 100 yards, but...

The tracers should be much more subtle.  Right now, I can see the tracers much before I can see the dots.  WWI pilots consistently describe them as wisps.

We need a front over which to fly, and an airspace to defend.  I just can't stomach the pointless suicide funnel furball anymore.
