When we get the new terrain, can we have.......?

I read somewhere that there will be a new terrain not to far in the future, when we get it, would it be possible to give us off runway starts, like in old days WB.

Not way off the runway, but just so you have to taxi for a second or two and turn the nose in the right direction to take off.

I kind of miss that  

Question 2: Will there be Naval units in the next terrain ?
