Why less players by the day?

Been on only for a few Hr's and love the eye candy. Oil and blood along with holes on/threw my canopy and the sounds all equal AWESOME.

Now just need to learn how the birds fly different from WB's and Ill be ok. 

only recently i actually downloaded a sound pack in the custom sounds/skins forum. I took the mitsu pack and out of the 8-9 years ive played here ive never been this amazed. to quote another player, "its like a whole new game"

I signed up 20 shade accounts, so that should get the numbers up for the late crew, i will be taking 19 lancs up from a base to shoot them down with my 262, should make for some fun for about 10 minutes, after that i will up my own 110 horde mission into rookland.

Bugger i am signing up my 20+ accounts and there's 52 in the MA, i am going to have to spend up big now, maybe 30+ accounts to make it any fun as out of the 50 on many AFK in the tower, the later shift is suffering please even squeakers are welcome, bring the fodder on, if i wanted to just fly around i would play Microsoft flight sim :[ but it sucks so i may be forced back to porn.

Oh and no players on knights and bishops and rooks cant fight because eny is 26 of bishops and 20 for rooks, this has to stop, and i can see so many bishops in tower its driving me crazy, no fights and cant up anything to make a fight.
ENY is suckie and its making me think i should be watch en tele with the misses, NOOOOOOOOOO plz there has to be a fight , she is the she devil, will make me watch people making over houses or some loser doco on bring up kids !!!!!!!!

just noticed that even though i didn't use the boards for a long time after i signed up, my date for the boards is 2003 2 years before yours, i am not saying it means anything but before you post who are you, like your the center of aces universe be aware that old players don't need to be known or respected by the loud posters, i am just a fool that has payed an aces bill for a long time, and if i see a problem when i play surely i can state it without your type jumping in like you own the game.

I like fighting a rook at 20K from 5k, i like knights apart from the smell, but my whine is there is less and less online all the time.
Being that i live in Aussie land i can only play at night (US would be sleeping) but i log in to find 60 players or around that figure

Good post, I agree with you and understand the frustration flying Aus,NZ time.

And numbers seem to be getting even less, last few weeks when ever I've logged on its under 50 and last night less then 30. And when you take away those that are camping and milk running bases in GVs you can half those numbers again.. So I tend to log on, log off.

Think I might retire soon myself. Finding any spare time during US peak times is becoming very rare due to business and weekend commitments. Flying outside US peak times is generally just empty skies other then for maybe one small gang vs gang brawl between two countries on a large map.

Two countries would be good, but what's really needed is for 2nd arena to always be a small map. Large maps off peak, might as well be a pure flight sim as you never see anyone else.

I have logged in and out most of the week, what makes it worse is that bishops have the numbers, being that i have been a non ghay for many years i am not changing sides or squads for eny points or just to see what being ghay is like, i have to live with being a bishop.
but its getting worse!
I wish i could PM people and tell them that my time online is way more important than there life out of the game.
The question still is, is the game getting old or the players? ( i can answer that) but will ask anyway.
I am not sure if its missing fellow piss heads like tricky and many others that sounded as bad as me after a few or that the people that sound loud and get a bit silly like draggon that bring the game down.
I like the late shift dudes, but reading 200 has even hit its low, the whining should win awards (not good awards) but i am a slave to trying to have fun in aces but its sure getting hard.
Dont worry if i leave ill post the standard i am over it post so i can get rubbished by the masses.
