I've been out of the game for a while now. Is it still this type of issue, or more because the damage is focusing on one part of the tail now?

No, when you tater the horizontal stabilizer now, it only destroys one section of the stabilizer.  I don't have a problem with it, but I do question the handling ability of an aircraft flying with only half a stabilizer.  So far from my experience, missing half your horizontal stabilizer doesn't have much impact on flight performance at all.  Any aviation buffs out there, is this to be expected?  Such a low impact on performance degradation despite missing a section of your tail?

Same, I fly well without a full stabilizer.

It has been happening more and more to me where a 30mm shot does not kill an enemy fighter. Bombers...forget about it. It seems to take all 65 rounds of the cannon to kill a formation of heavy bombers.

Then all is as it should be. The Germans figured it took 5 rounds of 30mm in a concentrated spot to bring down a four engined bomber. More realistically it would take 10 - 15 rounds fired to get those 5 rounds in one concentrated area if you're a good shot. In real life the pilots could on average only maintain a 10% hit ratio, so it would normally take a 109's full clip of 30mm to down one bomber, and even then it might just fly away with heavy damage.
It is better to be violent, if there is violence in our hearts, than to put on the cloak of nonviolence to cover impotence.

I just got out of the Da, and i noticed me only taking off half a stab on other planes than the niki.  This is getting annoying lol.

It seems to me that the planes are flying really well without the stab, like it's not accounting for the missing elevator correctly.  I've been waiting to catch it on film to watch and send in.
