Sounds good, but I don't think so, with those we have 4 US tanks (1 with british gun), so we need more german, british tanks even an URSS tank hunter.

I like it but we need other tanks before this one.

agreed, but would be a nice addition. (firefly is considered a british tank all around). and with that we only have the new M4A3s as american. M8 is a scout armored car

And if you want to be really specific the Firefly was considered a Tank Destroyer...

Oh, and a +1 to the wish.

By whom?  The Brits had Achilles and Archers as tank destroyers.  As far as I know they never deployed
Firefly Shermans to TD units.

I am talking about the British.  As I understood the Firefly's usage (please correct me if I am wrong), the Firefly was deployed with upwards of 3 regular Shermans (75mm), and designated as the tank destroyer in the 4 vehicle group.  The other M-4's simply were not heavily gunned enough to deal with some of the armor the Germans could bring to bear.  In fact the Germans specifically sought the Firefly out of the pack first to get it out of the way because of it's lethality in this role.  Based on my further reading there is truth in what both of us have stated.

More info:

As a result, British tank troops were composed of three regular Shermans and one Firefly. The same distribution occurred in Cromwell units, but this caused logistical problems, as each Cromwell troop now needed to be supplied with parts for two different tanks, and the Fireflies were slowly replaced by Challenger tanks as they came out. Churchill units received no Fireflies, and as a result often had to rely on any attached M10 or M10 Achilles units to provide increased firepower to deal with tanks their 75mm guns could not eliminate.

Just what we need, a hanger queen that would find limited use in scenarios and NO use in the MA. -1

well a 37mm gun wont match up against anything except maybe an M8 in the MA, and most scenarios after 1943 wont feature it. the stewart got most of its use in the africa campaign and some limited use in italy.

Fly a Yak9T and you'll knock out a Panzer's engine with it's 37mm. Done it.

I'm guessing you have never taken out an M3, Flak, LVT, or Panzer with an M8...the Stuart may not be as fast but, it's fast firing and maneuverable enough to do some damage as long as you keep moving.

so the if it had the same following as the M8, except it was slower, and bigger target.

I stand by my previous statement, just what we need is another hanger queen.
