Open Aces High > Click Video Settings

Make sure the box marked "Disable Vsync" is unchecked, (you want it on).  Try that

You have to enforce vsync.
Can be found in "video settings" right when starting game.

If the above post doesn't fix your problem, you may need to open the control pannel for your graphics card (Ati Catalyst Control Center, or whichever manufacturer you run) and turn VSynch on.

V sync on both places.  Even tried dxdiag, limit refresh rate to 60.  No help.

Anyone know if Vsync can be enabled under Win XP while having an SLI rig?

Perhaps the newest video drivers might allow you to.

Vsync ensures your frame rate never exceeds your monitor refresh rate. (60Hz in your case)

Maybe it's a corrupt video config file.  I think it's called video8.cfg somewhere in your Aces High game folder.  Rename it (just in case) and then launch the game and reset your video prefs.
My Current Rig:
GigaByte GA-X99-UD4 Mobo w/ 16Gb RAM
Intel i7 5820k, Win7 64-bit
NVidia GTX 970 4Gb ACX 2.0

Another person discovers the realities of SLI.  You can't enable vsync.  Learn to live with the screen tearing, switch to a CRT monitor or take the second card out.

I SLI'd for about a week and had the same problem.  Fortunately I was able to RMA the second card.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.
