Frame rate increase without decreasing graphics

I was wondering how you can safely increase your online gaming framerate without decreasing graphics settings anymore? I cannot buy any upgrades such as video cards or ram
I am in need of a new epic quote

The first thing I would suggest is to get your system running as efficiently as possible.  Skuzzy wrote a forum post called "Hints and Tips"--read that, and follow his recommendations.  Another resource is the Black Viper website at www.blackviper.com ;he's got some really good recommendations on how to get Windows as lean as possible.  My rig is 5 years old, and through some draconian process management, I keep my processes very low, and maximize what's going on in-game.  If you follow Skuzzy's suggestions, you will see a conspicuous change in performance, unless your rig is already pretty lean.
"Can we be incorrect at times, absolutely, but I do believe 15 years of experience does deserve a little more credence and respect than you have given from your very first post."
