What benefit will I get with this card?

If I upgrade to teh GeForce2 MX 400, 64MB card?  I am currently running a Geforce2 32 meg card and it is terrible in AH.

Ahtlon 600 192 of ram and the above card.  ANy cluses or suggestions are helpful.  Thanks

you will get no benefit at all.

try to get one of the new geforce2 ti200
or a geforce3 ti200 if possible.

MX cards are bandwidth limited. if you use one, you should use 16-bit instead of 32 bit to get acceptable frame rates.

 I have GeForce2 32meg card and it is fine in AH at 1280x1024 32 bit with the original drivers (came with a Dell dimension 4100 over a year ago).

Get 3dMark 2001 from madonion.com and run it - it will show you where your bottleneck is - and it is probably your CPU, not the card.
