Regarding the parking structure....Now I cannot confirm this but.... but I believe the license plates are not numbers in the conventional sense...but a bar-code..and in order to gain access/use to this facility the bar-code on your vehicle must match the bar-code on your DL, and the one encoded in your RFID/Digital Signature implant...

Not to worry though....FRSW monitoring and routine Bio-Metric Retinal ID (Minority Report) is still a few years off...

Of course, they'll never go to automatically driving the vehicles, they make way too much money from traffic enforcement and dui stops to ever give up that stream of revenue. 

The plus side to that of course, if it did happen, would be that drinking and driving would be completely ok!!  Grab a 6 pack and jump in the car, let it take you out somewhere while you drink!! Woohoo!

Don't get trapped in the buggy whip conundrum...

Regarding the empirical study on tinfoil hats...the bottom line is that evidence suggests that tinfoil is not an inhibitor, but rather an attenuator...and tinfoil specifically attenuates or amplifies those frequencies used by the government...

I am looking into lead (that would be the metal/element Lead [periodic Pb]) as an alternative right now but my busy schedule of living day to day has not allowed nor do I have access to the MIT laboratory...or its equivilant..
