Rearm/refuel pads are located at the end of each runway. Look for the fuel tanks and building. The tarmac has a yellow circle indicating where you need to park. Bring your plane into the circle, come to a complete stop (you can leave the engine at idle) and you'll get a text message that you are rearming. After 30 seconds you will get a message indicating you are rearmed and you may make your way back to the runway and take off again armed and fueled as you selected in your original hanger loadout.

Just to clarify you don't need to bring the whole plane into the circle.  The main gear on a tail dragger suffices.  Not sure on the tricycle gear set-ups.
