Calling all audiophiles. Call me retarded etc, but i'm trying to get two different programs to work together. I know its possible as i've seen it on youtube. But the program I am having trouble with is called Virtual Audio Cable.
Basically what I want to do is this, I have my autotune (bought legally fyi ) setup and working, IE it works fine if I record something and THEN apply the autotune but im wanting to do it realtime like over skype or some other voice program.
Doing some reading you can accomplish this with virtual audio cable, i've followed a video tutorial I found on youtube but when I do what he does all I get is echo and feedback. I'm running a soundblaster something audigy card, with windows 7 64 bit.
According to their (VAC's website) its compatible with windows 7, so I was hoping some of you audio nerds out there may have some experience with doing something similar to what I'm trying to do. Any and all input is appreciated.
