Well, first of all, that is not a proper web address, it's a shortcut to a picture on your computer. It needs to be uploaded somewhere on the web. Regardless of what HTC does to make it more user friendly than it already is, if you can't figure out how to upload to picture to someplace on the web, you are not going to figure out how to upload that picture in these forums.
