Saw something early this year. Was the only time I've ever seen anything I can't explain.
Just a white object maybe 1/3 of a mile away. At first I thought it was a seagull because it was shaped like one and it appeared to be flapping. Then I realized I'm in Arizona.
Then it seemed to be too bright and without texture to be a bird, plus it was going at least 4-500 miles an hour.
Probably just some weird atmospheric phenomena. Definitely didn't make me think extraterrestrial. Just kinda looked like a lens flare or something. 'Cept for the fact I saw it with the naked eye.
Lots and lots of stuff we still don't know about Earth's atmosphere and how it interacts with the magnetic field. I'm willing to bet that most ufo sightings can be put into this category. As for the others, who knows? The government can keep anything under wraps if they really want to.
