Ah, thx for the correction.  yes the 37mm.  so we really do not need to add the D-3 but the 37 mm gun.

No, we wouldn't need to add the D-3 because it's already in game.

to everyone who said we just need the gun package WE  :salute YOU.  Why is it so freaking hard to add a 37mm option in the freaking hanger... :x
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

IIRC, aren't the dive brakes missing from the G model?

Rgr, that's correct Pyro for both the G-1 and G-2.

I've got the film clip somewhere, but looking back at stats I'm curious. Tour 106/107 was last time I was flying it a lot in the LWA. Was 48/49 during 106 and 46/35 in 107. Didn't bother going thru all the stats but only 262 is a death not a kill in that time frame...I know i've got the clip around but now i'm curious of when/where myself.

The dive brakes don't work well on the D-3 now anyway. Something about diving 5k with an 1800kg bomb strapped to the bottom of the plane makes the dive brakes worthless.   :lol I generally just trim the peepee out of it, kill my speed to a nose up stall, tip it nose down and let'er rip.

How difficult would it be to add the gun pods in the hangar as a separate loadout that doesn't allow any other additions and have the flight characteristics automatically adjust to the the correct properties? Or would it just be easier to build a whole new model off the existing Stuka?

I believe the D-3 was the last Stuka model to have the dive brakes.
