move tracer selection to hangar

Instead of going into  Options/Preferences/Flight  to enable/disable tracers when changing rides, can that option be moved to the hangar?

ie: Load Tracers?  with a check box next to it.

Tracer settings are much more likely to be changed between sorties in different planes than "autotakeoff" or "stall limiter".
A very reasonable wish, and thus
