I'm looking forward to this game. Ghana vs. Serbia was a great. I always enjoy watching Germany play. I think the Aussies are gonna pull it off. Been a handful of surprises and we've only just gotten started.

the Aussies have been doing much better at football recently much like the USA.

I felt the Italians cheated them out of the group stages last time out and I was pretty annoyed for them.  Those dirty do anything to win Italians!  :mad:

I can only see a German victory today though.  Things have been pretty even in every game so far   :cheers:

I think I put this one down as 2-0 GER. But I haven't got a single result this summer. Had GHA V SER down as a 0-0 so I'm pissed.

Germany looked like a very balanced solid team,  They did everything to Australia that we should have done to USA.   Very good passing,  runs and movement.

Was a pleasure to watch and you can feel a little sorry for the aussies getting a man sent off but I don't think it impacted the overall result of the game.  Germany best team I have seen so far  :aok

Germans are the first team I've seen that look like potential World Champions. That was a quality performance and it could have been worse for Australia. Cahill's sending off was a bit soft though.

Oh - and one other thing, what is it with the Germans and diving? Do they teach schoolkids that in Germany? Glad to see the ref was having none of it.

well, not a bad start!

poor aussies, the red card was way to hard, a yellow would be more then enough.
Right now Argentina and Germany played best IMHO, England & France disapointed big.
Now lets see Italy and Holland tomorrow and i'm really interested to see Brasil playing,
Brasil (5 time world champion) is allways a very very good team.
