call CH.........their support people answer the phone.....and know what they are talking about.  my guess it they get it resolved in seconds..........


... my guess is also that something was spilled on the stick and it mucked up the potentiometers.

got a belkin hub.  but not much patience with ch anymore  :furious.  this is my second bad ch stick out of two i have bought.
