You can either search through the Offline Missions Folder in the General Forums, or you can try the AHWiki:

I believe there are instructions on installing the Offline Missions at the bottom of the AHWiki page.  Hope this helps.

Draggon, the instructions on the link tell you to paste the .mis file into the offmiss folder.  They should be pasted into the misres folder.  Be aware that not all missions will work as HT is addressing the issue.
