« on: June 22, 2010, 01:03:52 PM »
Could this 10 year old kids be far smarter than the over paid BP engineers that can not stop the oil leak.  Frankly, i believe this 10 year old got it.

How bout we tie some weights around him and see how it would work out?
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Personally I thought it would be so easy as PLUG UP THE HOLE. But clearly it isn't, and now we are so desperate, we are taking advice from Children?  :rofl :rofl :rofl

Looks like dad was thinking "Why did I agree to do this?"

I was thinking about ways to cure this. How about making a pressure vessel and surrounding the well head, sinking the vessel into the seabed. Then have a disc at the top on the outside of 4 foot round, and the inside of the disc 6 inches around. The oil would continue to flow until pressure was reduced in the vessel allowing the entire weight of the ocean to push against the 4 foot area of the disc vs the 6 inch area that the oil would be forcing against, sealing it. Then perhaps dumping tons of concrete or something over it when done. Im trying to remember what its called..differential pressure principle I think.

No Im not going on Fox lol

Apparently the news here in Charlotte is who died and how in a 200 mile radius.  It's useful

BP has come away from looking very very stupid, because they are responsible for a very stupid thing.  The corporation's attempt at saving face to the public is see-through and just sad.

However, I truly believe they have some very smart people working on this and I bet there is a very good reason or reasons why this won't work.  This to me is classic Fox News anyway.  Did they run a piece about Obama right after this?  :lol

How?  It would blow apart, not loosen to allow a plate to be slid in as in his video.  It is a completely different scale of forces at work.
