I have one ordered. I'm not screwing up am I? Are there any problems with it? And more importantly, what frame rates are you guys getting?

Thanx

Excellent card. Sligthly slower than a GeForce DDR (but who cares?). Sometimes has problems with Direct 3D games but is ok with Aces High. FSAA is nice but you really need horsepower to enjoy it. And I prefer a higher res than a lower one with FSAA. IMHO.

My post about the V5 5500 with some screenshots (700k +)

My frame rate has improved a little bit since v.1.04.  I took back a GeForce 256 DDR for my V5 5500, and am happy I did...FSAA is just damn purty

AH 1.04 runs up fine on my V5 W2K system. Pity I can't actually do anything because I have a USB stick and AH won't use it.

Thanx for the comments guys. I was really surprised when I went from PIII550 to PIII800 with no gain in FPS with my V770 tntII, 128 meg machine. I figure the weak link would be my graphics card. New card should be here in the next day or two. Looking forward to giving it a go...
