One little complaint, the selection boxes need to better linked to their squad. I had a hard time telling which one went to which squad. Then again I'm almost blind so that could also be a problem.

Its because of this code that it looks out of whack...its the rowspan=2 in the first cell when the rest don't have it...the option box is bottom justified and the text is top justified...

It did seem to work but there is no indication it did other than the note at the bottom

What are you using to access the site?

Goto the the front page, "www.ahevents.org" choose events, then scenarios, then when the page comes up choose the registration option on the upper right side of the page.

I am registered, had no problems......... although does the COs & XOs have to register for the event, even though they are already pre-selected?  just curious......

Yes there was.  They were not present during the battle.  The F6Fs at the time we are depicting were just not used on the Escort (CVE) Carriers in theater.

The F6Fs were on the Fleet Carriers (CVs and CVLs).  During this time (depending on which frame) the Fleet Carriers were either off pounding Luzon (Northern most Island of the Philippines) or off at one of the captured atolls refitting and getting ready for the next big push.

F6Fs had deployed to CVEs in this time period, but these carriers had yet to make it out to the western Pacific.  This is all confirmed by actual top secret US Navy documents which are now available publically.

I had considered putting them in the CVEs anyway, but there seemed no interest in them in the last event (The Final Battle).

Is there a way for the COs to see who is signed for which group on their side?  I have GLs with squaddies and not seeing names is problematic (for me especially) if they failed to communicate their wishes or in one case right now, a GL is requesting a ride for he and his squaddies, but I do not know which group to tell him to pick as there are folks registered in the sister flight! There might be another GL, that I am unaware of, signed into that flight already.

rgr that, no problem, wasn't sure if they were present in the locale where our scenario is taking place. I appreciate the quick explanation, and look forward to flying the F4U-1A.

We hope that we will be able to see who registered where soon, the Website guys will get to it when they can.

We will be sending both COs spread sheets with the information for all their pilots.
