Shaking Force Feeback
« on: July 07, 2010, 11:31:16 PM »
I have a G940 and for the most part, the force feedback is incredible!

When I have a control surface get damaged, it shakes pretty violently.  Whether or not realistic, I have accepted this as the norm, as I wouldn't expect a plane to fly smooth and straight with, say, half a wing missing.

The "bug" part of this is when a bomber gets damaged.  I was flying some Lancs and my wing got blown off.  The controls started shaking violently as to be expected.  However, once I "ejected" and was then flying plane#2 (which was completely undamaged) the shaking continued.

This is with Win7-64bit.  Thanks!

I should add that today I encountered a similar issue... wing got blown off of my 110.... controller shaking.

I ejected... controller still shaking...

Opened chute... still shaking...

Hit the ground.. still shaking...

"walked" around in my chute.... still shaking...

stood still in my chute... still shaking

Ended sortie.... shaking stopped.

It seems that once this 'damage' shaking starts, it won't stop until you end the sortie, regardless of what happens next.
