Sorry Cleveland
« on: July 08, 2010, 09:54:39 PM »
As I say this as a Laker fan, I feel bad for Cleveland that LeBron left.  :(

You guys deserve better.  LeBron took the easy way out.

I'm looking forward to not seeing this one story dominate the sports news every day.

Without even considering that he is a basketball player, as a multi-millionaire, if given a choice of living in Miami or Cleveland, what would you choose?

I feel bad for the rest of our team actually.  It seems the whole city feels that we have no chance to win even one game now.  I just hope they can put something together and maybe someone else can step up and shine now that the score potato is gone.

I live in Cleveland, and i honestly find this very funny how people are flipping out. I have knew this would happen a while ago, and I really gave up on Cleveland sports a few years ago, when i realized that we have no chance of winning lol

Let the Brett Favre story everyday begin.

Honestly this is just as bad as the Brett Favre garbage every other year where cant even turn on Sportscenter.

In all honestly those people saying that he wasnt going to go to Miami are flat out dumb.  You have the three of them meeting in Miami before the free agency even begins and with 2 of his closest friends decide to play in Miami, why would he not.  He has a chance to win a championship which he wants the most, he doesnt need the money.

This whole Cleveland thing is a joke, people are burning his jersey calling out loyalty.  He cant win a championship in Cleveland which has been shown so why would he stay.

.....and I hope Miami chokes every year he's there.   He's merely the "King of BS", because he was the "King of nothing" in Cleveland.

I bet it has more to do with the excessive amount of quality tail he can pull in South Beach moreso than winning a championship.

I never had any hope for Cleveland sports during the time living there.  Even when Cavs had a chance of going to the Championship in 91,92.

I'm not so sure about that, 3 huge ego's on the court at one time might be a bad thing, plus they basically have no one else right now but those 3 and will have to sign a ton of guys to league minimum contracts, plus the Lakers are still a big threat and the Bulls with Rose, Noah, & now Boozer, just too bad the Bulls got rid of Hinrich to make salary room for James..
