Problem deleting walk on from our squad

Shooter3 was added to our squadron for frame 2 then deleted because he was not part of a squadron.  In frame 3 we found him again attached to us.  We all checked our squad member list in the FSO and no one found him listed in the squadron.  After the event we found his name listed in the results for  II/JG27.  Still have not been able to identify reason he did not show up on our squadron list, but showed up in our squadron results for FSO.  It was not intentional.  We apologize for any breach of rules for the FSO.  We took all actions that we were aware of to insure we did not break any rules but this one got past us.

Don't beat yourself too hard for it. 

Anybody can create a squad with any name, including one already existing, so he may have just invited somebody else that wasn't in a squad and called it yours.

When that happens, just notify the CM team and the player will be dealt with by the necessary manners.
