Would appreciate the input before I take the plunge. Have been reading this forum for a few months and here's where I think I'm at. One specific question as well, is the GTX 480 worth the approximate extra $160 vs. the GTX 470?
Purpose of new computer: run AH at max settings and other household/school type of stuff.
Price Range: This is about as high as I want to go--maybe a little more to accomplish the purpose.
Computer knowledge: zero or a little less.
