The 17 pounder guns can kill the friendly boat objects at dock at the ports.

That's not a new bug- you've always been able to kill your own boat objects at the port.

Technically not a bug. The objects have no country ownership and therefor can be destroyed by anyone. The tower on the destroyer escorts is the same way.
